We had a hard time taking her anywhere with us, as she would bark like crazy at anyone or any dog we saw and not listen . It’s been just a few days now that she’s been home and the difference in her is mind blowing. We would’ve never thought we’d be able to take her on a walk and have her not bark aggressively at everyone she saw. She almost never barks now and we’ve been given the tools to continue working with her on that. She’s doing amazing by the way. She understands and performs all commands given to her. Our one on one sessions were very in depth and informative. We can confidently take her anywhere with us now on or off the leash with ease. She has so much more freedom and we really feel like her quality of life has improved 100%. We could not be happier with our results. It was also really heartwarming and reassuring to see through his text updates and posts etc. how much he really cares for these dogs, I could tell my Dolly was really gonna miss him. Could not recommend enough, I feel like Dolly has really built some self confidence and now trusts us as her owners with all the tools and training thanks to Isaiah.

Nothing but great things to say about Isaiah and Next-Step K9 Dog Training. We have a 1.5-year-old Olde English Bulldog Manny who previously didn't know his size and was your... read more typical stubborn bulldog who never wanted to listen. Prior to Isaiah Manny knew basic commands like sit and come but was too stubborn to listen to them which is when we decided he needed further training. He is a STRONG pup so walking on a leash was a nightmare. We were nervous to leave him for an extended period of time but after messaging back and forth on Facebook we scheduled a call to talk through all our questions and decided the 3-4 week board and train was right for us. It was hard to let him go but was the BEST investment and we felt extremely comfortable the whole time. You can tell how much Isaiah cares about the pups he takes in to work with. Isaiah regularly posted pictures of our boy on both Instagram and Facebook which was so fun to see his progress. Manny has been home for about a week and his change in behavior and obedience is CRAZY. All of that is attributed to Isaiah and his extensive knowledge. Manny now walks on a loose leash, is comfortable with his prong collar and e-collar, fully understands all of his commands, no longer jumps on guests upon entry and has a greater sense of space. Upon pickup of Manny we ran through some training (more training for us owners lol). Isaiah helped us learn how to correct his behavior if he makes a mistake. Educated us on the e-collar, how and when to use it and set us up for success going home. I would recommend Isaiah to anyone, in fact we are looking to have him work with our other dog as well!.

Now, this dog was a rescue, and I had issues walking my dog on a leash, as he was pulling me everywhere,... read more barking at other dogs, and even lunging at cars! One day, on my regular walk, I ran into Isaiah, my trainer, walking two dogs side by side, no leash!! I said, how can I get ONE dog to be like yours?? Then he gave me his card. Isaiah, is one of the most knowledgable trainers I know in the area. He is patient, works with you, and teaches you how to just do commands, but understanding dog behaviors so you know how to apply them! I could see a small difference at 1-week, and by week 8, he comes when called, knows his time out area, walks off leash, and knows most basic commands!
